Only eight school days left. After that, I can finish All the Stars in the Sky, and maybe even add a new part to Thunderstorm. I might even draw more if people want it.
Yesterday, I uploaded another drawing, Ilyana. I've already explained who she is in the description of the deviation. I also mentioned some of the things I had planned for it that couldn't happen.
Colors! 3D has a drawing playback system similar to that of dAmuro. To conserve space, they limit how long that playback is. It turns out that that limit is the equivalent to about six hours of work. After that, it disables certain features. These features include complete playback, undo/redo, fullsize JPEG export, and 3D export (technically not disabled, but only up to the end of the playback).
As said in the deviation's description, this threw a wrench into my plans. I was going to upload the full image, about four times the size of what you see. I was also going to add a .ZIP with a version without the watermark, a version without the text, and 3D versions of each, as premium content for 20 points. Naturally, without fullsize or 3D export, I couldn't do that at all. I could still put the small version without watermark, and the textless version, in a .ZIP and do it, but it just doesn't seem worth it. I guess I can leave that up to you guys whether I should or not.
I also feel like I should explain this. You might be asking why I'm drawing something unrelated to anything I've done before rather than write AtSitS. I've worked on it on and off for the past week and a half. Each session came up because I had no access to a computer, but I did have access to my 3DS. I know I've mentioned before that I can't access Sta.sh on my 3DS, where I keep all my written work for dA.
Anyway, that's all for this week. Matt out
